Read your DebtOps fee statement — what you've been charged, why each fee was applied, and what each status means.

Understanding your fees#

Your Fees page is a plain statement of what DebtOps (or your provider) has charged you, and why. It is read-only — you can't change fees here, only see them.

Opening the page#

In the portal sidebar, click Fees (/customer/fees). If you don't see it, your account may not have permission to view invoices and fees — ask your account admin.

The summary cards#

At the top you'll see three totals:

• Total fees — everything charged to date.
• Outstanding — fees not yet collected.
• Paid — fees already collected.

The fee history table#

Each row is one fee:

The "Why" column#

• "8-30d band" (or similar) — a success fee at the rate for that overdue range.
• "Capped at invoice level" / "…account level" — the fee was reduced because a cap was reached, so you weren't charged the full percentage.
• "Account placement" — the one-off establishment fee, charged when an invoice was placed into a collection campaign.
• "Monthly — 2026-06" — the recurring monthly fee for that month.

Status#

• Pending — charged, not yet collected.
• Collected / Transferred — settled.
• Failed — collection didn't succeed (it'll be retried or followed up).

Good to know#

• The page is read-only. Fees are set by your provider; reach out to them to discuss your rates.
• You see your own fees only, and you never see how a fee is split behind the scenes between DebtOps and a partner — that's a private commercial term and isn't shown.
• Caps protect you. If a fee shows as "Capped", a per-invoice or per-account ceiling stopped it from growing further.
